The locations where the dances are held (e.g., the Day's Inn or Holiday Inns) cannot tell you very much about about the dance, so it is better to call Pat or Sid than to call the location of the dance.
Weather cancellations. Dances are sometimes (but rarely) cancelled due to weather. We have only cancelled dances in the past where snow or ice conditions make it unsafe for travel. Decisions on whether or not to cancel a dance are made at 4:00 p.m. on the date of the dance. You may call the phone numbers above for that information.
